Competition Play By Whau Valley Ladies
The sealed-hole Competition, played by members of the Whau Valley Ladies’ Golf Club, was won by Mrs Moyle. Miss Carmichael and Mrs Wilkinson filled second and third places respectively. Best cards in the . first round of the Settlers’ Cup competition were; Miss Carmichael, 103-34-69; Mrs Moyle, 104-34-70; Mrs Wilkinson, 100-26 74.
