OBITUARY

OKAIHAU, This Day
A well-known Okaihau personality, Mrs Margaret Twizell, wife of Mr J. Twizell, of East End, Okaihau, passed away in the Kawakawa Public Hospital on Wednesday.
Mrs Twizell. who was in her 49th year, had been in ill-health for some months, but her sudden death came as a shock to a wide circle of friends. The funeral service was commenced at the Break of Day Hall at 2 p.m. on Thursday by the Rev. N. C. Hall, and concluded at the Anglican Church Cemetery.
A large number of friends and relatives attended, and the long line of cars and numerous and beautiful floral emblems testified to the high esteem in which the late Mrs Twizell was held.
