Aotearoa Begins Her Career

(Independent Cable Service). (Received noon). LONDON, May 31. The trans-Tasman flying-boat Aotearoa takes off on her maiden passenger flight from Southampton this after noon.

She will take 15 press and other representatives of Australia and New Zealand on a tour of the South Coast, piloted by Captain J. W. Burgess, of New Zealand.

Imperial Airways state that the Aotearoa will go to New Zealand at the end of June.
