Personal Pars

A visitor to the Rotary Club’s luncheon yesterday was Rotarian F. C. Rush-Munro, of Hastings, who is making a tour of Northland. His last yisit to Whangarei was made 40 years ago.

Superintendent P. J. O’Hara, officer in charge of the North Auckland police district, left this morning to take up duties as Superintendent at Dunedin. He has been succeeded by Inspector J. Fox, who arrived yesterday.

After presiding at the annual meeting of the Northland Dairy Association in Whangarei yesterday, Mr Arthur Morton, chairman of directors of the National Dairy Association, Ltd., and chairman of the National Dairy Federation, returned to Auckland, en route to Taranaki.
