Westward Ho For Royal Visitors
SUBBURY (Ontario), May 22
After an exh'austing programme in the east, during which it is estimated that at least 3,500,000 people caught a glimpse of them, Their Majesties, for the first time in a week, were today able to sit back 'and relax. The Royal train tonight is speeding westward to Winnipeg, where lie the broad prairies and freedom from State, banquets and legislative receptions. Since her arrival at Quebec, the Queen has changed her gowns eighteen times, and has worn only one of them twice. She has received 17 bouquets.
The Royal train will make brief stops tomorrow at Port Arthur and Fort William, •
