Te Hapara Hack Steeples, of 155 sovs.; about 2J miles.—(l) Rapa Waiata, 10.12, 1; (2)- Thrasher, 9.5, 2; (4> Sanguinetta, 9.4, 3. One other starter. Four lengths; a furlong. Time: 5.5 3-5.
Tufanganui Handicap, of 120 sovs.; six furlongs.:—(3) Okawa, 7.5, 1; (1) Lifeguard, 7.12, and (2) Golden Blonde, 8.5 (dead-heat), 2. Two other starters. A neck. Time;. 1.13 3-5.
