Results:— Gisborne Hurdles, of 130 sovs.; one mile and three-quarters.—(l) Small Eoy, 12.3, 1; (2) Glenvane, 10.5, 2; (3.) Parry, 9.0, 3. Scr.: Hunting Star. Four lengths; three lengths. Time: 3.16 2-5. Trial Handicap, of 90 sovs.; six furlongs.—(lo) Tu Rahiri, 7.13, 1; (2) Whetu, 8.2, 2; (4) Little Idea, 7.13, 3. All started. Half a length; a length, Time: 1.14 4-5.
Hack Cup, of 125 sovs.; one mile.— (3) Raana, 8.2, 1; (4) Hessketoon, 8.2, 2; (2) Birkology, 8.7, 3. Scr.; Blonde Princess, Mischel, Waakino. Half a length; a length. Time: 1.42 4-5.
