Plunket Nurse Leaves For Wellington
leaving on Monday for a month’s holiday prior to taking up an appointment with the Plunkot Society in Wellington, Nurse K. .H. Thomas, Plunket nurse in Whangarei tor the last 11 years will leave behind her a long period of valuable service to the community.
Pending the final appointment being made to fill the position in Whangarei Miss Iris Young, at present staying with her parents at Three Mile Bush, Kamo, after completing her training as a nurse, will take over Nurse Thomas’ duties.
