Earl Plymouth Resigns
(Received 2.30 p.m.) LONDON, May 11. The Earl of Plymouth has resigned from the Parliamentary Secretaryship for Foreign Affairs for health reasons.
The Earl of Plymouth, who is 50 years old, has been Under-Secretary for Foreign Affairs since 1936. Ho was Parliamentary Under-Secretary for Dominion affairs in 1929, to the Ministry of Transport, 1931-32, and to the Colonial Office, 1932-36.
