Moerewa Limits Killings
Restrictions on killing of boner cattle at the Moerewa freezing works will continue for some time.
Killing space for boners has been booked well ahead.
Although 15.000 carcases were loaded on an overseas vessel at Opua this week, the shipment was too small to relieve the position to any extent. Consequently, restrictions are still to be enforced.
