{Special to “Northern Advocate "l HAMILTON. This Day. There was an extra heavy yarding of all classes of fat sheep, with prime quality in short supply, at the Frankten stock sale- yesterday. The market was steady throughout, and values remained firm at late rates. A good offering of fat lambs consisting of light and unfinished sorts were sold at late rates, Dalgety and Co, Ltd, quote ns follows: Prime fat bullocks, £lO 6/- to £ll 5/-; heavy prime fat station heifers, up to £9; heavy fat ccws, £6 to £7 5/-; lighter, £5 to £5 17/6; good runners, £2 12/- to £2 16/-; lighter, £1 18/to £2 6/-; others, £1 8/- to £1 15/-; heavy boner cows, £2 17/6 to £3 4/-; lighter. £2 to £2 13/-; pen of good quality wearier steers, 31/-; pen of well-grown weaner Polled Angus heifers. £1 17/-. Sheep.—Heavy prime fat wethers, £1 4/- to £1 5/6; lighter fat wethers, £1 0/6 to £1 2/6; unfinished wethers, 15/- to 18/6; good fat ewes, 14/- to 17/6; light and unfinished. 8/- to 10/-: fat lambs. 18 - to £1; light. 13/6 to 15/-; store lambs. 6/9 to 8/3.
