Ball At 'Karamea

Owing to a prevalence of ’flu in the district, there was not as good an attendance as expected at the Maungakaramea Tennis Club’s annual ball, but nevertheless a pleasant evening eventuated, The M.C’s were Messrs J. Litt and G. Child. The hall was tastefully decorated with ferns and orange flpwers, and an air of gaiety was lent by coloured balloons. During the evening a dainty supper was served.
