Purua Bachelor Girls’ Dance

| A very pleasant evening was spent |on Thursday. April 13, when dancers from several of the surrounding districts attended a Bachelor Girls’ Ball in the Purua Hall.

The two leap year dances, a Confetti waltz and Statue Log Cabin proved very popular. An Easter Egg competition was won by Miss L. Clarke, while Miss G. Redmond and partner and Miss L. Drake and Mr R. King were the winners of the Monte Carlo waltz and Statue Log Cabin.
