Dying Phases Of Non-Intervention
LONDON, April 18. Arrangements for the winding up of the work of the non-intervention committee, of which the Earl of Plymouth is chairman, will be discussed at the 30th plenary session of the committee on Thursday afternoon at the Foreign Office. i
The main points on the agenda include: (1) The termination of the nonintervention agreement regarding the sending of war material and volunteers to Spain; (2) Approval of the measures already taken in terminating all the activities of the international board, which is the executive body of the committee, and including the observa-
tion scheme; (3) Settling the financial details,
The winding up of the non-inter-vention council, which is the registered company of the committee, will necessarily take some considerable time.
