In return for Italy and Germany’s :js support of Hungarian 'claims against * Rumania, Hungary is offering Yugo--1 slavia a non-aggression pact on condition that Yugoslavia join the Rome- : ■ Berlin Axis, says a Rome message. Count Ciano is communicating the offer to the Yugoslav Foreign Minister on Saturday.
The Bulgarian Prime Minister has J announced that he submitted to ;•,*! Greece and Rumania Bulgaria’s claim \ to South Dobruja and an outlet to the | Aegean Sea. Bulgaria is determined to remain ' neutral. « ■
