Building By-Laws Opposed
“There would be a hue 'and cry if building restrictions were enforced in this district,” said Cr. E. B. Weber, at yesterday’s meeting of the Whangaroa County Council. A copy of draft proposals for local body building laws was received for consideration, but councillors consider that enforcement of building requirements 'n the area would make for a very ■.difficult position.
