The chief event, the Warwick February Handicap, at the Warwick Farm races yesterday, resulted in a narrow victory for Herarde, the New Zealandbred three-year-old Limulet finishing third. Results:—

Trial Hurdles, of 150 sovs.; 11 miles. —Lord Sun, 9.10, 1; Silver Coat (N.Z.bred), 9.13, 2; Royal Promise, 10.2, 3. Thirteen started. Two and a-half lengths; four lengths. Time: 2.461. Warwick February Handicap, of 250 sovs.; U miles. —Herarde. 8,1, 1; Love From Maggie, 7,0, 2; Limulet (N.Z.bred), 8.1, 3. Six started. A long head: half a length. Time: 2.9.
