MOTORCYCLIST and his' pillionrider were both seriously injured when the machine they were riding was involved in a collision : on the Great South Road at Ramarama at 8.10 pan, on Saturday. The victims were Mr John Frederick Rowland, aged 19, single, a carpenter, of Tanekahr. Road, Titirangi, fractured skull and left thigh; Mr Henry Ernest Manning, aged 27. single, a carpenter, of 12 Telford Avenue, Mt. Eden, lacerations to the face, fractured arm and shock.
