[Special to “Northern Advocate”l AUCKLAND, This Day. This bickering and bitterness which have characterised the: deliberations .of the Auckland District Council of the Federation of Labour in recent months- reached its Height Thursday evening, when, after a particularly stormy meeting, the delegates decided to change their sole: delegate to the Federation’s National Council, Mr T. Stanley. The president of the District Council, Mr F. G, Young, was chosen to replace Mr . Stanley, after a notice of motion declaring the position vacant had been carried; Mr Stahley was not present at the meeting, being out of the city on business.
