Nazis’ Control Of Labour
Field-Marshal Goering has issued a decree empowering the German authorities to call on the services of foreigners in Germany for work of national importance, if this is endangered by a shortage of labour. The decree also* gives the Ministry of Labour wider- powers over German workers, including their transference to new occupations if necessary. It does not apply to foreigners exempted by treaty or* by recognised rules of international law.
