Commissioner, Mr S. Ritchie, at Wellington yesterday. It was agreed to refer the question of wages, country and suburban work, and a number of
machinery clauses {o the, Court of Arbitration. A fixture for the hearing will be made when the court sits at Wellington on Thursday.
