Here’s a good Recipe:— BOILED DRESSING 1 1 tablespoon mustard, £ tablespoon salt, 3 tablespoons sugar, 4tablespoons flour, 2 eggs, I £ cups milk, sweet or sour, £ cup vinegar, 2 tablespoons butter, few grains cayenne. Mix the dry ingredients in the top of the double boiler, slowly add the vinegar and beaten eggs. Then add the milk. Cook over boiling water until smooth and thick, stirring constantly, then cook fifteen minutes longer. Remove from the heat and add the butter. Send for FREE BOOK Write to Colman-Keen (N.Z.)
