(Received 2.30 p.m.) MOSCOW, January 3, Mr Brian Grover, the young British engineer who flew to Russia to take back his Russian wife, as she was unable to obtain, a permit to leave, has befen released after his conviction for illegally entering the Soviet. He is returning to England, accompanied by Mrs Grover.

After a daring 650 miles unplanned flight from Stockholm in a 70 h.p. sports aeroplane, Mr Grover was arrested at Staritza.

A pilot flew him from England to Stockholm where, during his temporary absence, Mr Grover hastily took off, facing severe winter weather with little flying experience. Mr Grover undertook the adventure in order to drew the attention of the highest authorities to the case of his wife.
