The Czechoslovak Government has refused a German demand for the extradition of all German and Austrian emigres by the end of Jhe year, on the ground that the'summary execution of Peter Forster, who, with a companion, killed a guard and escaped from the Weimar concentration camp, was a breach of faith, says the Prague correspondent' of the “Daily Telegraph.” The correspondent adds that the Government has advised emigres to leave by the middle of January, after which it will be impossible to guarantee their security in the event of fresh German demands.
