NEW YORK, December 28. Miss Brenda Frazier, a multimillionaire heiress, made her bow to society with the most brilliant and most lavish ball New York has seen for a decade. The beautiful debutante, who is called “the glamour girl of society,” was hostess to 1000 guests at a party that cost £ 12,500. The festivities, which took place at the exclusive Ritz Cardton Hotel, continued until breakfast. The guests consumed 700 bottles of champagne and 50 cases of other wines and liquors.
