LTD., having received instructions from the Registrar of the Supreme Court of New Zealand at Whangarei, acting at the request of the First Mortgagee and in exercise of the power of sale contained in Memorandum of Mortgage Number 234927, will sell by Public Auction at their Saleyards at OHAEAWAI on WEDNESDAY, the 18th day of JANUARY, 1939. at the hour of one o’clock in the 'afternoon, all that a three-fourths undivided share or interest in all those pieces of land being FIRSTLY in all that piece of land situated in Block VIII of the Kaeo Survey District and Block II of the Kerikeri Survey District containing Five hundred and seventy-two acres two roods, and twenty-five perches (572 acres 2 roods 25 perches) more or less being part of Subdivision 7 of the Otaha Old Land Claim Number 19 and being the balance of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title Volume 500 Folio 150 (Auckland Registry) (limited as to title and parcels) after deducting thereout one rood (1 rood) taken by Proclamation 9052 and three acres and fifteen perches (3 acres and 15 perches) taken ‘by Warrant 9053 for road purposes AND SECONDLY in all that piece of land situated in Blocks VIII and XII of the Kaeo Survey District and Block II of the Kerikeri Survey District containing ' one thousand ' six hundred and twenty acres (1620 acres) more or less being Subdivision 8 of the Otaha Old Land Claim Number 19 and being the whole of the land comprised and described in Certificate of Title Volume 500 Folio 151 (limited as to title and parcels). The property is situate in KaeoKerikeri Road and ranges from, steep hillslides to easy slopes. There are several acres of native bush. The balance of the land apart from certain alluvial flats would be suitable for afforestation. There is no dwelling house or buildings of any kind on the property which at present carries no live stock. The property is watered by creeks and adequately fenced. The Mortgagee’s application for sale and estimate of the value of the land and a copy of the particulars and conditions of sale can be seen at the Office of the Registrar of the Supreme Court at Whangarei prior to the sale and the particulars and conditions of sale at the Auctioneers’ rooms prior to or at the time of the sale without payment of any fee. v The interest for sale comprises an undivided three-fourths shai’e in the whole property.
