Miss Stratford’s Pupils Hold Recital

Pupils of Miss Stratford assembled at her studio with a large number of friends on Tuesday evening to enjoy a happy recital. The programme included piano solos by Berna Armstrong, Rac Gribble, Joan Batchelor, Lynton Armstrong, Vincent Ley, June McLean, Miss G. Pulley. Miss H. Blumhart. Miss F. Lacey, Miss C. H.' Stratford. Mr M. Bradshaw and Mr A. Kelly; vocal solos by Enid Hawkins, Joan Batchelor, Eunice Dudding, Miss J. Hodsell' and Mr J. Birch'all; recitation by Rae Gribble; and piapo ducts by Miss M. Blumhardt and Mr M. Bradshaw, and Miss J. Hodsell and Mr A. Kelly, and Miss G. Bullcy and Miss Stratford. Mr A. Kelly, on behalf of those present, thanked Miss Stratford for organising the evening. Opportunity was taken by the pupils to make a presentation to Mr Kelly, in view of his forthcoming wedding.
