MONUMENT FOR FRENCH MOTHERS. —A grand monument for French mothers will soon be unveiled in Paris in the presence of President Lebrun and Mrs Neville Chamberlain. The monument, which is being executed by the famous French sculptors, Bouchard and Decatoire, is seen receiving its finishing touches.
