Headmaster’s Tribute To Hon. P. Fraser

“Hon P. Fraser is the best Minister of Education New Zealand has ever had,” said Mr E. Boyd, headmaster of the Hikurangi school on Wednesday. He wad welcoming Mr J. G. Barclay, M.P. for Marsden. and Mrs Barclay, to the school’s annual parents’ day. Since the Labour Government had been in power school committees and teachers had found their way very much easier.
