Dowling also spoke. “I am parting with this staff and the district generally with the deepest regret;,” Mr Fellow replied. “I have always felt that whatever,, the emergency I have had a team behind me I have had no staff worries.” Mr Fellow pointed out that it was the staff’s co-operation which had been responsible for his promotion. “On behalf of Mrs Fellow and myself I thank you.” he concluded. “Those present then sang. “For He’s a Jolly Good Fellow.”
