LONDON, October 3

The Australian Associated Press says that the Iraq Foreign Minister, Seyyid Tawfik al Suwaidi, will arrive todciy for a week’s stay as the guest of the Government. The outcome of the visit may have an important bearing on the Palestine upheaval. The Minister is considered to have great influence in the Middle East. The Military Court at Jerusalem sentenced to death Jacob Kotek, of Tel-a-Viv, on a charge of carrying arms and ammunition. He is only the second Jew sentenced to death throughout the disturbances.
