Mr. Coates At Kaiwaka
In continuing his northern tour, the
Rt. Hon. J. G. Coates, M.P.. the Notional candidate lor Kaipara, held a meeting in the public hall at Kaiwaka on Friday. There was .a- large gathering present, representative of both Kaipara and Marsden electorates. The meeting was very orderly. Mr W. J. Littin, councillor for the Kaiwaka riding, presided, Mr Coates outlined the National Party's policy, and criticised the guaranteed price and other planks in Labour's platform.
Thanks to Mr Coates and a vote of confidence in his party, was proposed by Mr L. Balderston, and seconded by Mr F. Linnell, and was carried by acclamation.
