Minister Cheered

t ßritish Official Wvreless.l (Received 2.0 p.m.) RUGBY, September 30.

The meeting of the leading Ministers took place this morning at the Cabinet Office. Viscount Halifax, Foreign Secretary, and Sir John Simon, Chancellor of the Exchequer, as they proceeded along Downing Street to attend the meeting, were cheered by bystanders.

Sir John Simon was received in audience by the King at Buckingham Palace at noon to-day. He is the first Minister to visit the King since last night's agreement was reached at Munich.
