Taheke Victims Out Of Danger

Advice from the Hoki'anga District Hospital, Rawene, to-day, is to the effect that Mrs Noka Rawiri, who was allegedly assaulted with an axe at Taheke, is making good progress. When she was at first admitted, her condition caused some anxiety, but she is now definitely out of danger. Mr Harold Joseph, a foreman, employed by the Hokianga County Council, who also received a deep gash on the chin, will be discharged from hospital this week.
