Moerewa Stock Sale
Messrs Dalgety and Company, Ltd., report holding a stock sale at Moerewa yesterday when there was .a representative bench of buyers. Everything was sold of the average yarding penned, except for a small line*of backward heifers which was passed in at £5. Springing Jersey heifers, September calvers, made from £6 6/- to £6 10/-; more backward, £4 10/- to £5; cows in milk with calves at foot, £4 12/6 to £4 17/6; backward springing cows, £4 12/6 to £5 2/6; boner cows, according to weight, £2 17/6 to £4 4/-.
