Marsden Electoral Roll
A total of 10,739 names appear on the main electors’ roll for the Mars* den electorate, which is now in the hands of the printer. This figure represents an increase from the 10,014 names on the main roll of last election. Already nearly 300 names have been received for inclusion in the supplementary roll, but until the main roll is issued next week it is not expected that there will be many applications for enrolment. A comparison of figures with last election is not equitable, owing to the subsequent change in the boundaries of the electorate, Marsden having tak‘on in a section of Bay of Islands in the north and lost an area in the south to Kaipara,
