(Received 10.30 a.m.)

MOSCOW, July 12.

Mr. Howard Hughes, and his crew, left for Omsk in his monoplane, “New York World's Fair, 1939,” at 11.35 p.m. (British summer time).

The Polish fliers, M. M. Gromoff, Baidukoff and Yumasheff, and the Soviet ambassador to Washington, M. Troyanovsky, who is on leave, were among those who welcomed Mr. Hughes. k Baidukoff said: “I’ll see you in America,” which was interpreted as meaning that he is contemplating another trans-polar flight.
