Heavy Rain; Some Flooding —Special Forecast Mr H. M. Vincent s special weather forecast: — Heavy rain and thunder, some flooding probable. A temporary improvement before tonight. Variable and mainly light winds, easterlies prevailing and freshening at times. Strong northerlies tomorrow. Seas fairly rough, old temperatures. An extensive disturbance with considerable activity is centered west of Northland.
