More Drunken Motorists

A contractor, William Milner, aged 52. was fined £SO. in default three months' imprisonment, for being intoxicated in charge of a car on the Main South Road on June 25. His license was cancelled, and he was declared unfit to hold another for five years. Wanganui. —A farmer, John Alexander McKee, of Brunswick, was fined £ls and his license was endorsed for the current term on a charge of being intoxicated in charge of a motor car. He was found asleep in his car on the j roadside on his way home, i Whakatane.—Charged with being intoxicated while in charge of a motorcar, a Maori, Tutahi, appeared before Mr E. L. Walton, S.M.. yesterday. Accused pleaded guilty, and was fined £ 10, and costs 17/-. His license was cancelled for 12 months.
