His license was cancelled, and he was declared unfit to hold another for five years. Wanganui. —A farmer, John Alexander McKee, of Brunswick, was fined £ls and his license was endorsed for the current term on a charge of being intoxicated in charge of a motor car. He was found asleep in his car on the j roadside on his way home, i Whakatane.—Charged with being intoxicated while in charge of a motorcar, a Maori, Tutahi, appeared before Mr E. L. Walton, S.M.. yesterday. Accused pleaded guilty, and was fined £ 10, and costs 17/-. His license was cancelled for 12 months.
