Mr Edmund Anscombe has been entrusted with the architectural work involved in the Government Court at the Centennial Exhibition. Mr N .C. Shepherd has been appointed judge for the mouth-organ competitions at the forthcoming Winter Exhibition of the Whangarei A. & P. Association. The death occurred in Auckland yesterday, of Mr. Frederick Walter Wilson, a director of Wilson and Horton, Limited, aged 63 years. Mr. Wilson had been in indifferent health for some time, but he maintained his active association with business until a few days ago.

Mr. Norton Francis and Mr. A. E. Mabin have accepted nomination for the directorate of the Bank of New Zealand' as shareholders’ representatives when Mr. William Watson resigns.
