Though we stand in God’s own likelier.-:. with a destiny all bright • Struggling from primeval darkness on to Heaven's eternal .light, Lcrcl cl all Creation here; fearless, daring' and upright. Yet that puny little golf ball is our great and dear delight.
Though the Churches all be empty and the world rolls on in sin; jl hough the heavens‘above aie falling i and cur hopes art? growing dim: j Though our earthly days are numbered and the Judgment Throne it; set; Still we play upon the golf links and the higher things forget. O. the calling cf the golf links; (on the Lord’s Day most, of all). Hew it rings through uli the braincell;'.! Loud, insistent still the call.
