American To Be Barred Prom Australia?

(Received 10 a.m.) SYDNEY. April 3. The "Sunday Sun" says the Federal Government is to be asked to prevent Mr Justice Joseph F. Rutherford, of America, from landing in Australia about April 20. The request, which is reported to be backed by returned soldiers, will be based on the allegation that Mr Justice Rutherford had attacked the British Empire.

He is described as head of the organisation known as “Jehovah's Witnesses."
