Hokianga Club
The annual meeting of the Hokianga Golf Club was held at Mr'Crallan’s residence on March 25. There was an exceptionally large attendance, indicating the probability of a good season. The election of officers resulted as fellows: —President, Mr E. Newton (reelected); vice-president, Mr J. E. Tulloch; club captain, Mr M. Crallan; secretary. Mr C. M. Robertson; committee, Mr. J. Abraham. Mrs J. Creighton, Mrs J. Abraham. The opening day is to be April 3. .The links are being put in order, and owing to the dry spell, should be fairly fast. Further additions to the clubhouse are to be undertaken, providing members with lockers.
