Wool in Keen Demand At London ■—<*>> : (Received 2.30 p.m.) LONDON, March 29. At the wool sales 6499 bales were offered, including 3708 bales of New Zealand. There were 5527 bales sold. There was an average selection and a keen demand. A good clearance was effected, with recent rates being well maintained. New Zealand greasy crossbreds, Wharanui, 9:,d to lOJd; Mangatoi, 9.id to 10id.
