Theft From Parked Car

Edwin Robin Warmington, of Te Kopuru, admitted at the Whangarei Police Court to-day having changed an old radiator cap and a benzine tank cap on h'is motor car with better articles of the same kind from a vehicle belonging to Melvin 1 Arthur Painter. Both vehicles were parked outside a Whangarei hotel, and Warrington said ho had taken drink.

Tire magistrate recalled that on previous occasions when accused had come before him drink had been imvolved.

Warmington was fined £3 s(nd was advised to take out a prohibition order.
