Warm And Humid Special Forecast Mr H. M. Vincent’s special weather forecast: — Fair to cloudy, very warm and humid conditions, scattered rainfall indicated. Isolated thunderstorms, with the rain area becoming gradually more extensive. Northerly winds, light to moderate, freshening. Seas fairly rough. FAIR TO CLOUDY. The indications * are for y'ariable and moderate breezes, southerly winds prevailing mainly. There is a prospect of fair to N cloudy weather and humid conditions, but isolated rain probable.
