A meeting of the Northern Council for Unity, which was attended by Messrs A. J. Mulvey and P. Cunningham, members of the British House of Commons, passed a resolution urging the Nationalists to boycott the Ulster election, because it was arranged to uphold partition, says a Belfast message. The resolution added that the council w’ould welcome a plebiscite on Irish unity.
