t Special To "Northern Advocate ” 3 WARKWORTH, This Day. Missing from her home since 10 o’clock yesterday morning, Miss Sarah Barker, of Pmkapuka, about eleven miles from Warkworth. has not been seen since.

She is a certified nurse, and was keeping house for her brother, 'Mr G. Barker, who discovered her absence when he returned for lunch at 1 p.m. yesterday. The meal was being cooked on the stove, while some ironing was left half finished.

Imemdiately- the police were communicated with and a search started. A small stream not far from the house has been dragged, and bush and scrub in the vicinity has been searched without result
