A Nagoya report states that seven j members of the crew of the steamer j Fevernleigh, under charter to a Japan- | tse firm, were arrested for hauling
j down and trampling on two Japanese j flags on January 22. I A later cable message states that j five of the crew have been released and returned to their ships.
