LONDON, January 10

The “Daily Herald’s” (Labour) Bucharest correspondent says King Carol, in the exclusive interview, said he was not satisfied with the present Government.

“I will require a change,” he is reported to have said. “There is no suggestion of dictatorship, as you in England understand the word. Our relations with Britain will be strengthened.”
